Hi, I’m Jonah — founder of TruVerde.
I grew up on a farm in Missouri. Being around open land, animals, and hardworking families shaped how I see food. It wasn’t just something you grabbed from a shelf — it was raised, cared for, and respected.
As an Exercise Science major, I study how the body performs and recovers. The more I’ve learned, the more I’ve realized: you can’t out-train a poor food system.

What are the two box options?
The Protein Performance Box includes grass-fed ground beef and cage-free eggs. The Farm Box adds a rotating bundle of seasonal produce.
Do I have to order every week?
No. One-time purchases are available. Weekly subscribers receive the best price and guaranteed recurring availability.
Can I cancel anytime?
Subscriptions have a 4-week minimum commitment. After the first 4 weeks, you can pause, skip, switch boxes, or cancel before your next scheduled weekly charge.
Can I switch between the Farm Box and Protein Box?
Yes. After your first 4 weeks, you can switch box types before your next scheduled weekly charge.
Are meat and eggs packaged and labeled?
Products are packaged and labeled by the supplying farms and processors in accordance with applicable requirements.
What happens if I order after Thursday?
One-time orders placed Friday or Saturday are charged immediately and reserved for the following Saturday. New weekly subscription signups reopen Sunday so your first charge and first box stay in the same service week. Existing subscriber renewals are not affected.
Are TruVerde boxes organic?
Not necessarily. Local and USDA Certified Organic are different. TruVerde prioritizes locally sourced food, freshness, quality, and transparent relationships with our suppliers. When a specific item is verified USDA Certified Organic, we’ll identify that item clearly. Because contents vary, the entire box should not be assumed to be certified organic.
