Hi, I’m Jonah, founder of TruVerde. I grew up on a farm in Missouri, where open land, animals, and hardworking families shaped how I see food. Food wasn’t just something grabbed from a shelf—it was raised, cared for, and respected.

As an Exercise Science major, I study how the body performs and recovers. The more I’ve learned, the more I’ve realized: you can’t out-train a poor food system.

TruVerde gives students, families, and health-driven people in Provo, Orem, and nearby Utah County a simple, trustworthy way to buy clean local food. We work with Utah family farms and ranchers, pack orders fresh, and offer Saturday delivery or free Orem pickup.
