Shipping policy

TruVerde provides Saturday local delivery in Provo, Orem, and nearby Utah County service areas. We do not ship perishable boxes by mail.

Saturday delivery area

Core delivery — $6.99: 84042, 84057, 84058, 84059, 84097, 84601, 84602, 84604, 84606.

Extended delivery — $12.99: 84003, 84004, 84005, 84043, 84045, 84062, 84660, 84663, 84664.

Local delivery requires a $49.99 order minimum. Your checkout address must match an eligible ZIP code, and the final rate is confirmed at checkout.

Free Saturday pickup is available in Orem. Confirmed pickup customers receive the exact location and instructions by email and text on Thursday.

Order by Thursday at 11:59 PM for the upcoming Saturday service. Orders placed after the cutoff may be scheduled for the following Saturday.

Because boxes contain perishable beef and eggs, please be home for delivery or leave a clean cooler with ice packs outside. After successful delivery or pickup, the customer is responsible for promptly refrigerating perishable items.
